Delivery Information

 

Delivery usually takes 2 - 4 working days and will use Royal Mail Special Delivery. There is a standard delivery charge of £4.99 to cover packaging and postage. You can qualify for free delivery if your order exceeds £60.

We regret that we cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands or outside the United Kingdom at present.

*** December 2010 update - due to the harsh weather conditions all over the UK, we can only advice delivery times. Deliveries are usually by Royal Mail and service is variable based on location. The north of England and Scotland have noticable service delays. We apologise for any inconveniences caused. *** 

 

Urgent Deliveries

We do not have a next day delivery service at present. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us at sales@myhomebar.co.uk and we will take special action to process your order to meet your requirements. 

Out Of Stock

If a product is out of stock – the product page should show this. If there is a stock problem after your order, we will email you straight away with options of how to proceed.

Problems with your Order / Items
If you experience problems with your order, please email customerservices@myhomebar.co.uk within 48hours of receiving your order and we will try to resolve as quickly as possible.

Unwanted Items
Please email customerservices@myhomebar.co.uk detailing what products you would like to return and your reason why. We will then provide further instructions for returning the products for a refund. Please note, we regret that any delivery charges are not refundable.
